The props are now both pitched at @ 21".
Out for a cruise and did a WOT test.
Port 3050 rpm and starboard 3060 rpm.
Taking 1" off port and 1/2" off starboard accomplished desired results!

Thanks for the link to the manuals. I wish I had this a few years ago.
I have 2001 4788 with Cummins 370s. The last couple years I had my 24" props tuned to 22" on port and 21 1/2" on starboard and I was getting just to 3000rpm at WOT.
This summer at WOT I was getting 2905 rpm on port and 2965 on starboard.
I just had them re-pitched to 21" on both props. I will be taking it out for a test later this week and hopefully will get over the 3000+ rpm mark.

From finding new spots to take your boat to figuring out what knot to use on a piling, you can get the advice you need from our Bayliner owners club. Now where did I put that Owner's Manual and Specs Sheets...? It's here! Just enter the year and model to find it. If you've just purchased a used Bayliner, please let us know. That way, we can keep you up to date with any updates, service bulletins or other information. Official Bayliner upholstery and canvas patterns have been provided to the vendors below.
Props - the correct props will be the ones that allow you to reach full rated rpm plus 3-5% as a brief test at WOT when fully loaded on a hot and humid day.
Dependent upon your the exact engines in your boat, your boats weight and loading and even if you are in salt or fresh water props will vary.
Welcome and good luck with your new boat
