Hi all, I have a teak and holly floor that has what I think is a polyurethane finish on it and so Murphy's Oil Soap and mopping are supposed to be a no no. What do you use on yours for every day cleaning? The PO used water/vinegar. Thanks in advance.

Any parts of the floor that are sealed with urethane will wipe clean with just vinegar and water. The worn areas need to be cleaned, then have the oil replenished. At that point, you can seal it again with a urethane, rub in a shellac, or just continue to oil it, as you would teak furniture.
If there are no worn spots, just a damp cloth of vinegar and water will do nicely.
