Can anyone tell me how to access the anchor rode locker which sits beneath the winch on my 1998 Ciera 2655? Suspect it may be behind the speaker panel (see picture) but the center section which has the Ciera label doesn't seem to have any handle or pull parts. Does it lift up/down or come off in some fashion? I don't want to break anything (boat is new to me) but it just seems there must be a way to clear a foul in the rope/chain below the winch. No way I could fit my big hand down the chimney (rode drop) to the right of the winch. TI
