How do you drain rain water from storage compartments ?

Not sure. You may have to sop it out with towels, or Shop-Vac it out, but more importantly, is it going to be an easy fix to prevent any more from intruding? Are the compt's in the deck or vertical in sidewalls? You may be able to order replacement seals or find a suitable match in bulk and replace them all the same time
