If you are referring to the hard wall on the aft of the cockpit, I believe that is commonly referred to as an Alaskan Bulkhead. If you are talking about the thing on the bow in front of the cabin windows, that looks like a person sitting on the bow.

The blue boat is a Bayliner 289/2859 and the optional enclosing at the rear is called an Alaska Bulkhead in the PNW. Not sure if that's what they called it in their catalogs.
