I replaced the plywood under the seat as it was cracked and rotting. Once reassembled it struck me how well this vinyl (?) stands up.

Canvas has covered the flybridge most of the time, and the boat has been cared for but not babied. Each year it gets cleaned with spray nine marine to remove mold and mildew yet after 33 years cleans up pretty well.

Yes, that looks better than great! Especially given it's age.

I have the same seat frames and hinge hardware in my old 2850 SND F/B boat.

I had them re-upholstered a few years back.

I had debated on what color fabric to use when I re-did the F/B upholstery. (original was white)

I figured that white fabric would have been a non-pleasing contrast with the more ivory colored gel coat.

I found this buck-skin colored fabric that better complimented the ivory.
