    SmallEnginesProDealer is a scam???-gctid808206

I ordered a couple of pencil-zincs fro my Kohler generator from https://www.smallenginesprodealer.com/ ($23.14) on 4/27/2014. Whereas I received an initial email regarding the order and they have charged my credit card I have not heard from them ever since, despite my email and vmail attempts. The number they give is answered by an automated message "all our reps are still busy, pls leave a message" regardless of the time of day and I receive no replies. I called the credit card company to dispute the charge.

Does anyone know of or have any experience with this dealer?

    Thanks,

For a scam they have a nice looking web site. I did try the number for the heck of it and I got the same message

"all our reps are still busy, pls leave a message"

Smart move calling your credit card company to dispute the charges.

It appears that the business also goes by the name Pronto Mowers or that may be their brick and mortar store. They sure have a lot of complaints and bad reviews on BBB. Many are for lack of communication. Here's another phone number I found: (561) 488-5555
