          Good to "see" everyone again as well! And if I had as much hair as my Icon shows - well - let's just say I don't

          Yeah, the lake is nothing but a big mudhole and has been for over a year now. I was lucky enough to rent out the lake house on a two year lease shortly before the boat dock found it's way to the bottom of the lake for lack of water. It's really sad, I feel sorry for those folks because they were looking forward to a couple of years of lake living but I really can't influence Mother Nature. Hopefully we aren't that far away from a major flooding event and it will fill back up in a couple of days like it usually does.

          And WOW - I was pricing today's equivalent of a 2355 and can't believe how much more new 'Bays cost now.
