    3 silly little videos-gctid347035

Just playing around with silly little videos. Thought I would put these 3 up. Please note that with the 1st video I was still learning and the last I am getting better (well a little better) as video is not really my thing. They may just take 20 or so seconds to load if anyone is interested in having a look. The first may take the longest to load as it's a bit longer. You will need quicktime to run as they are mov files.

1st is a little 2 minute video of us getting the boat out of the shed and a trip to meet another Bayliner

2nd is a 1 minute movie with a life vest fitment on our stupid dog

3rd is a 1 minute long movie of a day out on the water in Oct 2011

Man your dog puts up with that life jacket thing a whole lot better then ours do. Our big white dog realizes how silly he looks in it and just hangs his head. I KNOW he's saying to himself "I'd rather DROWN then wear that STUPID thing....please don't make me dad."

    Good videos

Cool. You are a whole lot better than me. What kind of video camera.... and what kind of lens were you using? Wide angle? Seperate or part of the camera?

        Hi Toni

Yep dogs do have a lot to say don't they ! Ours is pretty good and seems to enjoy going out in the boat but she is getting too big to lift in and out.

        Hi Ralph

Its a Go Pro Hero with a fixed wide angle lens. Great camera television quality (obviously not the one on the net as you have to reduce size) waterproof up to 60 metres and used by sky divers, surfers, and all sport broadcasts.

One or the other of our dogs falls in about every other trip. It usually happens when they both try and jump off the swim step at the same time and bang into each other. The white dog doesn't care if he goes in the drink, but the austrailian shepherd swims like an anchor so either Leila or I have to make sure we grab her before she goes down for the count.

Way cool pictures though. Funny how its almost impossible to look at video's of dogs having fun and not smile.

They do have that effect. Haven't let's ours jump in yet but I'm sure it won't be long, you wouldn't believe how many stupid videos I've taken of her.

Thanks Nick, nice compliment considering "stills" are normally my thing and I am still learning and playing with video. Noodle the Groodle, whilst still a big dog, does look a bit smaller now she has been groomed and the puppy fur has gone.
