There are those who don't care, however, for the most part, threat the marina neighbors as you would like to be treated.
My pet peave is those who let children run wild.
Next, is the guy who "ties up" with at least 8 "ropes" with many tied over the top of your lines.
A lot of marinas give out a rule book to all those who are permanents or transients. Most actually enforce them. Depends on the staff and their attitude.
