Does anyone know how to remove the aquatronics stereo from a 2005 Bayliner 325?

Welcome to the BOC! I can't say specifically for that brand, but almost all car and boat stereos mount the same way these days. I think it's called a DIN mount. Anyway, you should have two small bars, about 1/4-1/2 inch wide, 4-5 inches long. They will have small 90 degree bends on one end. You gently pry off the trim bezel around the front of the unit, after you have removed the faceplate, if that's detachable. Then slide the bars down the sides of the unit and that should release it from the mounting box. If you don't have the bars, try to borrow a set. Worst case, I've done it with butter knives...

That should be the only tool you need to remove the radio. I had a set of those I kept on my boat should the need to remove the radio ever occur.Sbenson11 wrote:
