  • Bayliner 265 with kicker on swimgrid- want to add a tender but where?-gctid391430

I have a 2006 265 with an outboard mounted on the swimgrid (left hand side). For cruising we want to add a tender and pull it out of the water when travelling.

Does anyone have both an outboard and a tender mounted on their swimgrid? I am worried the outboard will get in the way of the tender.

We are considering an inflatable for the tender.

    Thoughts?

We faced the same issue as we could get one or the other on the swimstep but not both. We decided to shorten the swimstep, mount the kicker on the transom, and mount the dink on the swimstep. This is the model we used, SomeSalior's previous boat.

Here is another option from GoAweigh2452
