I'm interested in how other 28' trophy/Congress owner have their boat on a trailer. I'm paerticularly would like pictures of the bunk locations. I suspect there is going to be some trailer modification in my future.
Thanks

I dont have pics of the bunks but there are only 2 4x10" x12' long and sit just outside the second set of chines, as chance has it Im hauling her out tomorrow and will try and get some pics for ya
I have a 15K triple axle bunk setup that was originally from a 22deg dead rise so I had to raise the bottom set of bunks to accommodate the 18deg Trophy that we own. I just exchanged the 2x6 to 4x6 & the side bunks added 3/4 UHMW to get the proper angle of support

How did you adjust the bunks to the hull? Mount them a tad lose and let the boat adjust them, then tighten??? New bunks are in my near future and I can only change them when up at the lake and the boat is in the water........
When I brought the boat home on the trailer that did not match the hull, only the outside bunks touched
In knowing the spacing needed I then needed to either remove the boat or make blocks to hold up the boat
The block made more sense so that the boat could be lowered & make fine tuned adjustments, did so on the lower set by a hammer & chisel, so that all 6 bunks (2of 4ft'rs, 8ft'rs & 12ft'rs) evenly supported the hull
