look what showed up at our house today-gctid388676

We came back from several days out in the boat, and low and behold we found this cute little habitat wedged in between our dock and shore. What it is is someones old dock that has been going back to nature. It has Alders, Grass, Moss, etc... A complete micro habitat. We're thinking about keeping it. We think its cute!

      I like the idea.

Put some floatation under it, tie it off and keep it. Pretty cool addition!

As it grows, you'll eventually have your own private island!

Hey, I think I know who's that is. I saw it wedged in between a couple of pilings here on Lake Stevens. :hypnotysed:

Looks like a floating duck blind.

Wait a few years and you'll have a floating tree stand.

Army Corp of Engineers will see it, declare it a natural wetland and deem the area off limits for boating and development due to migrating waterfowl.........
