If you are talking about the cabin windows I just replaced mine.
Here is what I did:
Removed the old windows using a disposable cutting blade. The type that you can snap off. (Had a plastic shop make new windows. Well worth the money)
Removed the glazing tape with a window scraper blade.
Then removed the residual with acetone and steel wool.
I purchased new glazing tape on-line. If you need, I believe I still have the link. I used 1/2 inch and doubled up where needed.
(Mine had a metal frame, I took those to a friends auto body shop and the sprayed them with black paint and clear coat.
To attach the windows I put the tape on the windows first. The original lines Bayliner used on the boat to measure were still there so lining up was simple. I attached each piece then put a small bead of lexan/plexiglass adhesive made by GE along the edge. I then re-attached my frame. Thus far, zero leaks and the new windows took 10 years off the boats appearance.
Also, look for gaps in the rub rail. Re-seal if necessary.

Itsaboutime, are you talking about the side windows or the front cabin windows? I'm talking about the two front windows in the cabin.

If you are speaking about the portal windows cut into the hull, or the windows cut into the deck they are screwed into place and can be removed and re-bedded into place.
