    New bayliner owner-gctid387301

Just purchased this 88 Capri Bayliner a couple days ago from the original owner.

I have an issue with the trim. It goes down great, but won't come back up. I'm thinking fluid/relay issue?

I hear a click when I press the button and then nothing. Any help on the issue would be great.

This forum looks like a great place to get info from. I'll be sticking around this boating season while I get my boat into good running shape.

Went to a local scrap yard and found a relay. Put it on and now my prop works great.

Nice boat! What size engine do you have? How big is the boat?

I have an 86 1950. Getting ready to drop a reman engine into it in about 2 weeks... can't wait to hit the water!

        Welcome! :beer-

Thanks guys! I plan to get this boat in tip top shape again.

It has the 2.3l omc ford engine in it.

I'm more of a car guy. This is my first boat. I live in the Detroit area. When I get this out on the water I will be taking it out on Lake St.Clair.

This is my pride and joy. My 1 owner 1994 Cutlass Supreme convertible. Never driven in rain or snow.

This is my 1991 Grand prix GT. Owned it many many years now. Love this car.
