We had a great weekend starting in Poulsbo with (GPS Powell) Mike and Anne from CO with there 2452 and our 2452 tuned up, new toys added to both 2452's and away we went.Ended up in Bremerton after a gorgeous Friday in Poulsbo and THREE ice cream stops that day!!!!! (my birthday so I took full advantage)...Enjoyed and shared home made beer as well as great tasting kegger by Lokeefe and great company by everyone at the Saturday pot luck (10 boats)...Sunday evening we all headed to Anthony's Seafood restaurant where I took some photos below...Monday we spent the morning on board USS Turner Joy for the Memorial day service by a LTCol (USMC) who spoke about two of his medal of honor recipients in Iraq. Very moving service and got teary eyed when Taps was played...Boats are back home, cleaned, unloaded, engines flushed and plugged in. All and all, an awesome weekend... (my boat photo at Poulsbo) all others at the restaurant... Of course the kids had their own booth...

I was able to get out Sunday, took my 10 month old son on his first boat trip. He did great we were on the water for 8 hours, he was a little angel. Didn't like the life jacket that much.

Only down side was I dropped my grate for my grill in the water. It's 30' at the bottom of the lake right now. But great to get out.

Ah yes,,,,,,a very nice weekend for sure!

And I am moving a little slowly this morning as I got more than my fair share of sun since Thursday morning ops:

Yes, there was some wine spilled too,,,,,,and some rum, pitchers of margaritas and even about 4 beers

Bring on the next weekend,,,,,,I'll be ready for it in about 24 hrs!

It was a great weekend. The marina was certainly thinner than years past. This economy has kept the crowds down for sure.
