I had the same situation and did a similar post a while back I don't remember all the suggestions but I
ended up with a 4 step telescoping ladder,for me it doesn't get any easier getting out of than water then that

We are in a similar position with our boat. Recently researched all over and ended up with a 3 step SS telescoping ladder made by Windline from jamestowndistributor.com
Best price and if you spent over $120 IIRC shipping was free for month of May.
