We are in a similar position with our boat. Recently researched all over and ended up with a 3 step SS telescoping ladder made by Windline from jamestowndistributor.com

Best price and if you spent over $120 IIRC shipping was free for month of May.

I am looking for an after market swim ladder for the swim platform on my Ciera 2255.

Unfortunately the one that came with the boat is a single step and my wife an I are not as limber as we once were.

Anyone know where I can get a multiple step replacement?
