    We are boaters again-gctid378732

A successful splash today: All systems go and a great seatrial. I had removed the seawater pump, the port manifold and riser (for inspection). Not a lot, but enough to make me nervous. I waxed the topsides, and the transom, scrubbed and detailed the swim step. A splash and 60 gallons of petrol. A quick jaunt around Bellingham Bay, and a tie up at Squalicum Harbor. I washed the entire boat, transforming it from filthy to mearly dirty.

She is coming right along, and is ready to hit the San Juans. More cleaning can wait until our first trip.

A Corona and a SaltAway flush, and she is ready for summer.

My arms are sore, but summer finally feels like it is here.

That's great, Tally. Hopefully this season has better weather, sooner.

Post lots of pics of those beautiful San Juans!
