    Stainless steel framework tubing-gctid344358

Does anyone know the size of the tubing that is used on the binimi tops? I think it's 7/8" but I wanted to confirm. I want to buy those clip on foam thingys that will protect my side isinglass from the SS tubing. It gets hot in the sun and discolors and cracks the glass right where the tubing is. So, if anyone can confirm the size, please let me know. Thanks.

Sun Sox are another option. Fuzzy fabric with velcro to keep it wrapped around the stainless.

I would use the pipe wrap before the plastic clip things.

That's what I used - Plus the zippers on the end panels smack the tube with the wind and is annoying so the foam stopped that!
