Waterproof your iPhone without a case!-gctid343764

If this really works, might have to get mine treated. Fell in Lake Washington recently, luckily my iPhone was in the car. BUT, its bound to happen again and if you don't have insurance, you'll be out $600.00 for new one.

That looks pretty cool. "Liquipel" and my self-inflating "Key bouy" attached and I think I'm good to go...

I wonder, since it goes throughout your whole phone, it doesn't seem like there would be a depth limit to the protection.

      Hi,

Already found my iPhone didn't float. If this really works I'd buy it. But I don't want to be the first one on the block to try it.

I had considered this, but... They recommend not casually getting your phone wet and disavow any warranty on the phone or the protection. For this reason I went with a waterproof case instead, which does have submersion protection. There are a few out there.
