Just ordered new cockpit carpet from Corinthian-gctid370793

Just ordered my cockpit carpet..WOOHOO> I always get excited about boat upgrades..even if they are minor. So far this year I have done the following:

    1. Tune up, oil change, water pump impeller changed $1,500.00

    2. Reupholster cockpit seating..(pending)..this guy is taking forever..its been 4 weeks since he first got my deposit $2,000

    3. Cockpit carpet replacement..ordered..should be here next week $545.00

    4. Buff wash wax..once seats are done Im going to get that done. $500.00

Once all is complete I can start filling up my boating calendar.

    1. Take wife, brother, sister and parents on a day trip to Angel Island

    2. Take friends to Sams Anchor Cafe..day trip we do it every year

    3. Take fam to Schoonmaker Marina beach..leave early..its a nice day on the beach..might make that one an overnighter

    4. Take wife to Lamar Restaurant on SF waterfront..they have guest docks and can stay overnight..will leave kids behind for that one.

    5. ...????? not sure what else..I would like to do some fishing..crabbing..maybe anchor out at a Giants game and bbq off the back

You will love the Corinthian carpet. I replaced mine last year and it's fantastic.

      Hi Wayne,

How much is he charging total for the cockpit seats if you put a 2K down payment?

I took all my seats out and brought it to the shop he is charging me total $2,000 for all the seats.

Once I receive them late next week I'll post some pictures. Actually going to switch it up slightly from factory but keep it similiar in color, design and piping.

Wasn't sure if 2K for the seats was a good deal average or a steal that's why I ask.

      Thanks,

      Steve

I bet the carpets will look amazing. Why exactly did you replace though? Stained or just that worn? Reason why I ask is because on the 3055 I just purchased the carpets were horrible ( black/multi colored and supposed to be gray) and I planed on buying new until I took them to the detail shop at work and covered them in degreaser spray then pressure washed them. They turned out looking brand new . So for anyone else with nasty carpets you should try this cheap fix before buying new

Previous owner never used the carpets. They were still in the plastic rap. Aftyer 5 years one needs to be rebound.

Does any one know where I can get this done in the Vancouver BC area.

              Thanks

I just got my shipment from Corinthian on Thursday. Still need to clean the floors up before I put them in. I paid $262 for a set for my 305. Went with the Jr Driftwood that was on sale. Also got the upgrade to the Sunbrella backing for free! I'll shoot some photos once I get it in.

Corinthian is in Portland. You may call them and see if they can do it.

The old carpets were dingy and torn. Couldn't get cockpit reupholstery with same jacked up carpets. We'll see.
