Mike,
Have you checked out Laird Plastics down in the SODO area?
I bought a 4x4 sheet of 1/4" smoke and I seem to remember it cost me about $40.
Might be a place to check into, maybe you can get the material at a little better price.

I buy all my plastic from them. The smoke is more expensive than clear, but still only about $150 a sheet. I get good prices on Starboard there (as much as you can call it a good deal)

Since I'm not in the business like Mike, I paid $190 for a full sheet locally last time I needed one.
Starboard in thick sizes....yow that's expensive.
