1989 Cierra 245 Question - interior cushions and pressurized water system-gctid369135

We have just purchased a 1989 Cierra 245 cruiser. The boat is in very good shape overall; however, the interior cushion covers need replacing due to mold/mildew stains. We also want to install an on-demand pressurized water system and possibly a water heater. Any one have an idea as to where we might get cushions or cushion patterns? Any advice on installing a pressurized water system and water heater? Appreciate all suggestions given.
