    New to me 1986 21(39) Bayliner Capri 2150 Cuddy-gctid368981

I am new to boating so hello to all of you , I live on the west coast of Canada, Vancouver so i am in a great place to get started, lots off lakes , ocean , islands and a trip to Alaska also, i have a Ford pick up (diesel) and a camper and would like to tow the boat , so this is what i am looking at 1986 21' Bayliner Capri 2150 Cuddy,

Volvo Penta 225A engine; Volvo Penta 275 stern drive

Boat and trailer are in good shape runs great a little sun damage on the interior but nothing i cant live with it has never seen salt water before always been in fresh water, what do you all think of this model and are they good boats and what should i look for,

    Thank you

    Happy Boating

      Welcome,

I have the Bow Rider equivalent of your boat. Almost trouble free for the 9 or 10 years I've had her.

The compelling reason for buying her was that I knew it was mechanically maintained.
