    Cold in the water-gctid364519

Some time in December when i was pulling my dinghy onto

my swim grid i dislodged my transom exhaust and it fell in the

water. This weekend i went in to try and retreive it,the tide was low

enough i could stand in the water up to my chest, after feeling around

    the bottom ( silt ) i found it !!! man...i was a happy camper !!!

the water was pretty darn cold !!

In Ladner B.C Canada about 35km south of Vancouver ...it was extreamly cold !! But i was sooooo happy i

found it i didnt care. I put that peice on last night when i got home,i got a little wet putting it on from my

dinghy soaked my arms right through my sweat shirt, once again pretty cold with no change of clothes.

I then fired up my motors for the first time this year....ahhh the sweet sound of twin purring 350,s

          life is good again !!!

Isn't the water like 51 degrees year round?

              i dont know....

in the summer it feels ALOT warmer, where my boat is the bottom

is silt and i think that warms it up a bit.
