4 boats lost, one caught fire and sunk. Just over the bridge from me. heard the fire trucks at 6am.

Someone heard an explosion and saw a white car speed away!

I was just at the marina yesterday admiring the boats.

Someone didn't want to shortsale their boat?

If your boat burns, does insurance pay off the loan?

If you are upside down on your boat like many people are on their house, can you shortsale it, or is repo or fire the only option?

My friend just called me and said he heard that the boat that sank and the ones on either side were for sale! hmmmm you have a good point!
