    New Cockpit Table in 3055

The cockpit table in our 3055 was almost too big. It was pretty difficult to maneuver around. My wife really wanted a smaller one. I was digging around in my shop and found a scrap sheet of treated plywood and some spared vinyl wrap from when I wrapped the cabinets in the galley. I cut the plywood into the shape I wanted, sanded it down smooth, then wrapped it with vinyl. Finally, I went over it with about 4 layers of polyurethane. It turned out nearly perfect. In the words of my wife and kids, "If you didn't know it was vinyl, you'd never know."

Good looking table...luv when you can take scrap and leftovers to create new items.
