To make life easier on our boat for us and our kids, I just replaced the manual jabsco head with a Dometic Orbit electric head. Install was relatively easy. Only pain was fishing wires from the DC panel to the head. That and Bayliner decided to put the intake hoses right in the middle of the platform. Luckily the new head covers the old holes. Made a wood box to mount the switch on the wall. Didn't want to run over to the sink area. Ran 10ga wire from panel.
Ran the discharge line above top of toilet (doesn't interfere with lid) to enable the retention of water in bowl after each flush.
Works great. Not super quiet as it is an all in one pump (macerate and intake) but very happy as is the Admiral and crew.
