Installing a remote transom mounted trim switch-gctid362485
Thats nice Todd. It will make it a lot more convienent to service the drive and raise and lower it while on the trailer ramp when launching and retrieving.
Great video Todd, thanks. This is on my project list also, is there much to the wiring? Is there a seperate harness, or did you just splice into the existing wires?

Thanks. Merc changed the wiring from the old switch I ordered to the newer pump. I had a new pump installed with the new drive the PO replaced in our purchase agreement. During that install the wires were spliced so I had to resplice the wiring. Not a big deal but if you do it the switch has an easy plug in harness that should make it a piece of cake.
