If they can't find a solution due to the lack of chain fall height, it might be an option to use one of the captive roller systems.
    Something like this: https://www.boatid.com/lewmar/windla...-66910441.html

They also make them much bigger than this one for bigger boats.

Thank guys you for posting a reply, and my apologies for not acknowledging you sooner. I tried to convince a boatyard to install it for me however they wanted to see some photos of an actual installation, before
they commenced. I know that someone has done it already but cannot get my hands of photos of it.
    Carl.

as i see it, your only option is to build an anchor platform, bolt it on and install the winch to the platform between the locker and the anchor roller that will be at the head of the platform....

Hi All, Still hoping that somebody knows of somebody who has installed an electric winch on a 192 Cuddy. Any information and photos would be invaluable for me!! Many Thanks, Carl

    Cuddy192 Anchor winch Instalation

    Hi I am Carl,
I have just joined the forum, I am from Melbourne Australia and ,I have a 2011 Bayliner 192 Cuddy Cabin and I am getting too old to pull the anchor by hand! Does anybody have any pictures of 192 Cuddy with
an anchor winch installed ? The marine place I took the boat to cannot figure a solution for me. If I have a couple of photos they may be convinced that it's possible. Many Thanks Carl Zammit
