    Brand new 175 Bowrider-gctid825797

Just bought my first boat ever, a brand new Bayliner 175 BR.

Have run it for 3,5 hours so far, not over 3000 rpm (breaking in engine).

So far very happy with the investment :-)

I primarely use it on a lake alongside my cabin.

    Congratulations on the new boat!

We just got a new 175 this summer as well and, aside from an annoying issue with the Temp gauge wiring, are loving it. It's perfect for day trips on the local rivers/lakes for the family and a couple friends tubing/skiing/etc. This forum has already been a great help for advice on everything from troubleshooting to handling recommendations and even places to check out.

Congratulations on your new boat. We have a 2007 175, and it really is a great lake boat. Hope it brings many happy days.

Congratulations on your purchase, I had a 175 and loved it. I sold it last year to get a 2017 VR5. Look into getting Mercury's Mobile Vessel View, best money I ever spent.
