    99 Capri 1850 Bow Light-gctid817592

Hopefully someone can give me a little advice before I order a new bow light.

Long story short, my bi-color bow light is at the bottom of the lake. Joy!! If I recall it was just a Perko bi-color standard light, nothing fancy. I've narrowed it down to 2 units on the perko catalog.

If anyone know which one it is please let me know.

It may or may not help you, but mine is the first design. Since you have it off, you may want to consider replacing with an LED fixture. I swapped mine a number of years back and am very happy I did. No heat and very little draw.

I can't help but ask...how exactly did your nav light end up at the bottom of the drink?

I rarely boat at night but law says I have to have it, looking for cheapest alternative, I will look at LED. As to how my light went swimming....

Sitting at the dock/pier waiting to load back onto the trailer, idiot roars inside the launch and throws a big wave, bow dips, slides under the dock and pooooof. off she went swimming.
