Wakeboard positioning on a 185-gctid378912

Hello all,

I just ordered a wakeboard, an Arial Ascent. The feet can be mounted vertically or horizontally and must be between 48 and 52 inches apart.

As I look over my boat now, I don't see a whole lot of flat real estate above the gunnel. Thanks Bayliner for the extra creases in the upper hull :-)

Has anyone here put a tower on a late-model 185? I'd like to see/hear where you chose to mount it.

I am going to install a monster MTK tower on my '11 185 this friday. After it's all good to go, I'll take some pics and post them.

Nice tower. I think it's the same as the factory tower on the 185 for 2012. I was looking at that one too, love the looks on our boats. I went with the other one to save a little money, got other projects in the works too.

I'm anxious to see your pics, and hear how the install went. I'll be a few weeks behind you in doing the install.
