This has no doubt been a tough week on them. Rarely is a software conversion seamless and they unquestionably have tried their hardest to minimize disruption to the site. Yes we lost some posts and there is a little bump in the road, but for all the volunteer work that they do....I and I am sure many others thank you for your efforts.

Keep up the good work.
