Element switch panel modification w/led switches

Always enjoy doing mods when I can. This is on my 2017 Element, all push button switches with blue led back lighting. All water proof switches from Amazon. Just a much cleaner look. They only drawback that I can tell is that in that with the toggle switches you can do a quick visual glance and tell its on or off. With these it takes a little more focus to see that. But for me the mod was well worth it because it looks so much smoother.

Why am I not seeing the picture(s) that you all are seeing?
Would there be a setting in my profile that may have gone array?

P.S. I can see the mod pictures from the post by ARTIST.

I was inspired but the plate was scratched. Made a new plate out of carbon fiber and the new switches look great. Will install the new dash this weekend. Thanks for the idea!

Jim, I am a cheap SOB so I used a Brother Lable Maker with clear tape and white lettering. A couple of coats of epoxy resin smoothes everything out. Final finish is 3000 grit wet sandpaper, auto polishing compound and car wax. There are companies that make decals, I even heard of people buying decal inkjet paper, but that's too much trouble for me.

Got my switches - but are returning them to exchange for the 16MM size. I thought the 11's were a bit small, aesthetically. Plus, the 16MM's have a 10 amp rating - I believe the 11's had only a 3. Probably not too much of a concern, as I've changed all my lighting to LED's. I'll need to enlarge the holes, then comes the fun part: Wiring everything up!

Looks great! Are the switch labels back lit as well? My Silverton uses an electroluminescent strip type lighting that lights the helm switch labels. Had to replace that, and it really dresses the helm up. Clean, bright, crisp lighting. And now the wheels are turning again for more lighting on the Bayliner LOL

Looks great! I pulled my plate yesterday, and it too is scratched a bit. Will see how it looks when the switches are installed. If it still looks crappy, I'll be doing the same thing. I did check out a company that makes custom helm plates - about $650 for a laser etched unit, without switches, wiring, etc. A bit pricey, but who said anything on boats was cheap?
