    Anchor Light

    New Element XL owner here. Reading to owner manual and looking over the boat controls I see an anchor light. Found the nav lights of course however anchor light???

    Can't find specs for your boat, but on smaller boats it's usually a 2-3' pole with an all around white light that plugs into a fitting on the starboard side near the transom. There is probably a two position switch on the instrument panel: Nav powers the side lights and the anchor light, Anchor powers only the anchor light.

      The anchor light (pole) is underneath the starboard side seat cushion, right behind the helm. You'll see it "clipped" down to the boat bottom. Then you'll find a little black circular plug, flip that open and insert pole. Here is a picture of both:

        Thanks, I figured it out. You are right it is the all around light on the transom.
