2859 install lifting crane for dinghy

Does anyone have a lifting crane on their 2859 that they like (looking for brand/ model and installation location)? Has anyone ever installed one?

My my intent is to lift dinghy on and off roof without wreaking havoc on my aging back.

    Thanks

I’ve seen a couple on boats in Whittier. They seemed to double as shrimp pot haulers.

Ed long in Whittier if he is not retired could weld one up lickity split.

My thought is to install a small winch on the forward part of the roof, with 2 more SS rail tubes that hinge to 75 Deg. and slide in and out. Would work for 7 to 8 ft. inflatable w/ Torqeedo elect motor. Currently starting to mock up a extended hard to roof , will be a winter project.

I have a davit mounted just forward of the starboard side fish box up on the little fiberglass step area. I have an electrodyne pot puller mounted up. I plan to have it rebuilt taller to accommodate lifting my tender as well. I wish Id have planned better. BK Marine Services in Palmer does good work.
