2858 1967 Foam Core or Wood

Would a 1967 2858 have any wood in hull, transom or decks between layers of glass? I think Bayliner stopped using balsa a couple years earlier.

    You mean 1997 or 2007?
I had a 2000 2859, and I believe it was still wood, but I may be wrong.

Foam core, but wood in her transom and stringer.
The deep hull 18° deadrise is laminated with alternating layers of 24 OZ wooven roving and chopped glass plus a core of sprayed on foam.
Stringers are resin incapsulated Alaskan yellow cedar.
7.4 Bravo2 sweet spot is about 3500 RPM, app 1.6 MPG, cruising app 22-24 MPH.
is this the son I saw last time I was on your boat?
