Mike here,

Joined BOC late last summer and have been away a lot with work.. Long story short, my family and I love the water and creating great memories cruising around meeting great people. I grew up on and around the water and I wanted to exposed my family to the same.
I purchased a 2006, 265 last season and I spent every waking moment cleaning and detailing and cruising the Ottawa River.

I look forward to conversing and learning everything I can. I am a big DIY kind of guy so, please feel free to feed this newbie as much as possible. Thanks ahead to all the members for all the great stuff and information available a click away.

Welcome! Good to see another Canadian boater in the fresh water! That's a great boat for travelling the Rideau canal system if you find your way there!

Hello Mike:
Welcome to the BOC. I am also a 'Nuck., a Mike and a 2006 265 owner. I've owned my 265 for 7 very satisfying years. Its been a great boat that has given me very few issues. Feel free to ask away and we'll do our best to guide you through some answers. There are some folks on this site which have a high level of expertise. Suggest you update your profile to include your power.
