I have an old FloJet 2.3 GPM fresh water pump for the head and galley sinks. It seems to be on its way out...pumps for a long time and is noisy. Are there any good "SILENT or very quiet" water pumps that can be recommended? I tried a ShurFlo 3.0 GPM pump today and it is probably half as loud as the old FloJet....but it ran twice as long at times before stopping.

Can anyone tell me what kind of fresh water pumps are installed in new Bayliners? Are they quiet?

Thanks

Never mind the questions ..... I went out and bought a variable speed pump. Much quieter and allowed me to get rid of the accumulator tank.
