question is how the heck do i get these things off? there rusted and stuck and there's not much room to maneuver under the flybridge. also, once i get them off is there a cross reference or any suggestions for replacement? thanks guys!

You can buy a tool for this or check with a friend who has an auto repair shop most mechanics will have one you could borrow..........they take them off in seconds with no damage or effort. we use them all the time and they only cost about 10 bucks.


here's one on ebay but they will be cheaper in autoshops.

okay. i got them off with some liquid wrench and a puller. question now is, where can i find replacements? they are completely rusted so i dont have a part #.

You can find more info on marine wipers here than you ever wanted to know. I know West Marine carries this product line and you can probably find it else where as well.

AFI is what I used as a replacement on the 2850. Nice clean appearance too.

You will need to know your blade sweep and shaft length.

my prob is keeping the arm straight to get it back on the stud while leaning under the flybridge
