My (2007 -195 bow ride) power trim is not working. The boat is in the water and need to trailer it out. How can I get the stern drive to raise up so it doesn't drag when I transport the boat.

You checked the fuse at the pump? Does it make any noise at all?

Sounds like the solenoids are working but the motor isn't running. Could be bad wire connections for the motor or the motor could have bit the dust. If motor connections look good try tapping on the side of the motor while attempting to raise the drive.

Quickest way would be to unbolt the trim rams and tie it up. Make sure it's tied up good, ya don't want it coming down while your trailering :pinch:
Secure the trim Rams too.

Just because the soleniods are clicking does not mean they are good. The common failure fir them is pitting which causes a voltage drop enough that the motor dies run. Try jumping 12V to the upper large blue/white wire. That should raise the drive if the pump is good.
