Filling up takes forever when it's one pint at a time. The vent appears to be clogged but I'm not sure how to clear it. Any ideas?

If you've verified the through hull vent fitting is clear then remove/replace the vent line and while it's off run a stiff wire down the vent port at the tank.
Goes without stating but use extreme caution when working with your fuel system. Don't want to hear about you on the news.

Take the vent hose off the tank using compressed regulated air blow thru the hose towards the vent fitting have someone watch the fitting to see what comes out the vent fitting.

Your fitting might have a screen on it and can be caked over with salt or clogged with critters.

This was a problem on my boat. I soaked the vent and screen in vinegar and that cleaned it up. Problem solved.

Mine had it too
I spent 20 bucks and got a nice stainless replacement, They are easy to replace if you can reach the back side.

Problem solved.

Thanks for the input. When I reached up inside the hull to start pulling the vent I could feel the hose kinked. The newly installed hose was too long and crimped itself. DOH!

I paid a shop for that work too... go figure.

FYI, an upwards loop in your fuel vent line just before the through hull fitting is needed to keep rain water and spray from entering your fuel tank. Sounds like the installer made the loop to tight :pinch:
