I have two Navman 2100 fuel flow meters. Both senders are shot. Does anyone know where I can get replacements?

Faria has taken over the fuel flow from Navman. The part # was SN0019. Contact them at fariabeede.com/forms/?form=contact

NIle---just for your information---Faria finally got back to me and it seems they have not stocked the sensors for 5 or 6 years and consider them obsolete so I guess I'm out of luck. Problem is any of the replacement flow meters are 3.5 inch and I have the 2" holes already in the dash!

Guess I just have to keep looking.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the info. I have the same problem. Navman were the only one to provide 2" gauges and their sensors keep failing. Right now I only have one working and live with that. I think they can't withstand the pulse from the mechanical fuel pump.

Do you have a fuel filter installed before the sensor? My previous boat had a couple of Navman sensors fail. I installed a second spin-on fuel filter before the sensor and never had another failure.

The sensor is just after the Sierra fuel filter. I don't know why but I never had any problem with the port engine (beside one failed sensor, long ago) while, on the starboard engine, the new sensor would always fail after a few hours. Same fuel circuit on each side. I once installed an electric fuel pump and by-passed the mechanical one, suspecting a fluttering back flow but it didn't change anything. New fuel filters are installed every year and they are as clean as the tanks. I just gave up trying to fix that problem.

I put a flowscan on my previous boat and had no issues for over 10 years. I have replaced both navman sensors on this boat and they have failed again. I took one of the old sensors apart and they are cheap plastic garbage!

I don't know why Floscan does not offer 2" gauges. Many boats cannot accommodate 3.5". Not everyone owns a Hatteras.
