Can I replace a 454GM motor for a smaller one in a 28.5 Command Bridge?

Welcome aboard

You can but you probably will not be satisfied. I would either go with another 454 or a 383 GM small block

Does anyone know where I can get a new or rebuilt 454Gm or another smaller motor that will work in my 28.5 Bayliner Command Bridge. Also looking to replace windshield or windbreaker on Bridge.
