Saw your note on the Arriva brochure. Where can I look at it?
Thanks,
Bob

Hello, I recently bought a 92 20' bowrider with the 2.5 offshore Merc. my question is how big is the fuel tank on these/? it doesn't seem to hold much fuel. When we took it out it only took about 5 gal to fill it. Then we ran out of fuel after about an hour of cruising. Fuel gauge does not work.

Great thread ! I found this 89 Arriva for sale for $2500. Buy it....negotiate....walk away ? What are your thoughts ?

It has a 305 that runs strong. Needs a new lower unit, but owner will do that @ sale price. Seats are all torn up, but the vinyl trim and vinyl engine cover / sunbathing platform are good.

Any opinions on the price of this thing? Thanks !

Phaney,

Just this guys opinion.........you are taking a chance on this neglected boat. You might have to overhaul the carb, new risers, all kinds of drive unit work including bellows, gimble etc. The reupholstery will be a few thousand. The fuel tank may need to be replaced or at the very least cleaned and purged. New batteries, etc etc etc. I'm not saying don't buy it but I'd look at the deal from the perspective you're helping the current owner out by taking it off of his hands. Negotiate the price accordingly. Good luck! :)

Hello all. I just bought a 1990 Arriva. 20' Bow rider, inboard 5.7 mercruiser w/ alpha one. Boat is in great shape. Will try to get pictures up soon.

I am looking to put a large Bimini Top on it. Any recommendation on where to look or concerns with measurements and tie down locations.

Hi, fellow Arriva owners! My family and I have owned a 1989 Arriva 2050 for many years now. We haven't used it at all in recent years, and are preparing to sell it. We are currently replacing all the floorboards, carpeting, and upholstery. Any thoughts on what this boat will be worth? I haven't been able to find any comps online... Any thoughts or input will be greatly appreciated!

With complete new interior, depending on exterior condition I wouldn't take less than $5-6000 for it. Pics when completed would help.
