Hi everyone. My first post on this forum, which looks very interesting and informative. I am looking for a command bridge cover for a Bayliner 2858 Ciera (1996). Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
Kind regards

Leta at Leta's Top Shop has the original Bayliner patterns for much of the OEM canvas. Call her (don't email) and have your boat's Hull ID Number handy. She will use the number to determine if she has a pattern available.

Let me know how you get on with this. I have the same boat as you, and have also been considering a bimini. For the most part we love cruising with nothing above or in front of us. But, there's been those slightly cooler days when a windshield would have been nice, or those scorching hot days where some shade would be nice. My local guy is expensive but he does a GREAT job, everything I've seen is top notch, from a simple bimini to a full enclosure including the back area. He does the tubing, 100% custom and he'll do whatever you want... permanent, semi-permanent, folding, removable... as high or low as you want etc etc... he's really good. Same with the canvas... his wife does that part, but again fully custom to what you want. I really want to use him, but as I said, he's pricey.... but I also know whatever he does will last forever... and his boat is on my dock so any issues all I gotta do is shout (literally) None of this helps you though I suspect, unless you're in or near Point Roberts, WA. I don't think he can ship... he's told me that Leta's does a decent job, but in order to ship she has to cut the framework and you reassemble at your boat... which in his opinion makes for a weaker product... but he's not said anything negative about Leta's and has said he would fully understand if I don't want to spend so much. I know in many threads here she's come up a lot of times with no complaints about anything (except maybe actually getting in touch with her).
