So what happens to the Carver and Marquis lines? No mention of them in the article. Of all the Genmar brands, I would think those 2 would be the most valuable.

Carver, Marquis and Larson were bought by Irv Jacobs (the founder, who many think is responsible for the mess Genmar is in).

Just because your company is bankrupt does not mean you are, this is actually pretty lucky for him. I'm guessing they have a lot of debt with the purchase so he must be genuinely interested in the brands.
