What if the captain tells you to get on the boat?

I'm docked right across the bay from there, a mile up the Tuckerton Creek. We barely noticed the storm. Location Location Location

Mike and Doreen, you remind me of some boating friends long ago.
Max would run on about what they were going to do, to buy, or anything.
Leah would just sit their slowing shaking her head not saying anything.
You know what was done. Or not.

skua, are you in Tuckerton Beach? I have a buddy who is there. This place looks like it is in Brant Beach on the island?

OK OK OK - I admit it - I do what I'm told. She's the boss. Now did I really have to confess this out in the open? You couldn't leave me with my little fantasies, eh?

I don't get no respect...

Because they leave rub marks that would need to be polished out...

Whisky,
Don't worry about it man, we all know where we stand with our Admirals.
But, it is worth it as they support us in our boating addiction so its OK.
That makes them top knotch in our book.

Crashcop I think that was the Beach Haven yacht club from the look of it. They mostly look alike on the Island. My boat is up the creek off Green St, above Sheltered Cove.

Just wondering...but the way it starts up, gets pretty severe, then mellows, makes me think it is boat wakes. Not to say there isn't a chop and wind, but the waves seem to subside quickly, which a high sea would not do...

I was there that day checking on my boat. Worst storm in 25 years. They are on the bayside of the island. The wind was going about 30knots and gusting to 60, the waves, wind, debris, was surging. Most of the beaches lost about 6FT of height.
